Duties:
o Be trained in all formal policies and procedures of the food bank
o Assist Volunteer Coordinator with supervision of volunteers
o Manage food bank inventory and establish quality control measures
o Represent the food bank in a professional manner
o Help to unload, weigh and record donations
o Help to set up food distribution for the community
o Follow daily menus and distribute food to food bank patrons
o Complete various projects that support quality service and resources for the community
o Interact in a kind and culturally appropriate way with the community and food bank volunteers.

Orientation/Training:
o Grocery Rescue program training
o Food Handlers permit
o Volunteer Training (provided by food bank)

Compensation:
This is a part-time hourly position without benefits (20-25 hours per week). Compensation rate is $12-$14 per hour DOE.
